A empresa possui muitos funcionários bastante prestativos e muito educados, mas infelizmente alguns deixam o atendimento a desejar... O meu relato já ocorreu duas vezes, a mais recente ocorreu mais ou menos na segunda semana de fevereiro/2022. Dirigi com meu carro até o posto de combustível com o tanque na reserva, ao chegar, pedi para encher o tanque com pagamento via Shell Box e simplesmente disseram que o Shell Box estava fora do ar, foram extremamente arrogantes... (Obs: Sempre abasteci nesse posto com o próprio shell box) Como eu estava sem minha carteira, me dirigi a outro posto disponibilizado no app do shell box e lá eu pude abastecer normalmente meu veículo. O pior de tudo, foi que entrei em contato com a shell, e a mesma informou que o pagamento via shell box estava completamente normal. Pleno DESCASO com os clientes...

My report has already occurred twice, the most recent occurred around the second week of February/2022. I drove my car to the gas station with the tank in reserve, when I arrived, I asked to fill the tank with payment via Shell Box and they simply said that the Shell Box was down, they were extremely arrogant... (Note: Always I filled up at this station with the shell box itself) As I didn't have my wallet, I went to another station available in the shell box app and there I was able to fill up my vehicle normally. Worst of all, I contacted the shell, and they reported that the payment via shell box was completely normal. Complete disregard for customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem bem,o preço é um dos mais elevados da região e ainda tem a ousadia de oferecer a vpower,poderiam oferecer o serviços de abastecer via app, ou ter um frentista só para atendimento de app shel box,parece que os frentista não gostam de usar essa função, pois nunca estar disponível lá, tem uma boa loja de conveniências
They serve well, the price is one of the highest in the region and they still have the audacity to offer vpower, they could offer refueling services via app, or have a gas station attendant just to service the shel box app, it seems that the gas station attendants don't like use this function as it is never available there, it has a good convenience store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando cheguei 10 para as 6 da amanhã eles só me atenderam 6:19 alegando troca de turno é muito ruim o atendimento. Sem falar que esses dias eu ainda saindo do carro com minha bebê de 3 meses, o frentista já tinha colocado a bomba de gás no carro e ligado. Mesmo eu pedindo pra ele esperar eu sair com minha bebê.
