★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cedo, 7h, 7h30 numa quinta feira... não tinha nenhuma fila, fui super bem atendida, meu problema foi resolvido e já saí de lá com o Bilhete Único funcional.
Achei perfeito
I went early, 7:00 am, 7:30 am on a Thursday... there was no queue, I was very well attended, my problem was resolved and I left with the functional Single Ticket.
I thought it was perfect

Both the guy in the queue and the girl who answered (from the receipt I think it was karen the name) were helpful and polite, the services of making the unique personalized ticket and transferring the credit of the old one were fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionário coitados, são muito limitados. Bem difícil de conseguir resolver as coisas. Com a criação do bilhete nominal não passaram meus créditos pro bilhete novo. Tomem cuidado. Pessoal pouco competente e funcionários sem autonomia para resolver problemas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei bem pessimista pois os atendimentos costumam ser limitados . Meu cpf estava cadastrado com nome do meu filho devido a escola nada resolvi pela internet mas fui atendida pela Karen que em menos de 10 min resolveu tudo e me entregou um novo cartão me surpreendi .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive neste local no horário da tarde, a fila estava pequena e o atendimento foi rápido. O atendente foi eficiente e resolveu a contento minha pendência. A fila era constante, mas o atendimento foi rápido inclusive para com outras pessoas que lá estavam naquele momento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. De 8 guichês apenas 3 funcionado. Além de estar aqui pela segunda vez porque os crédito de recarga não terem entrado no cartão, a falta de informação e desorganização é imensa. Fiquei 30 min. na fila até descobrir que era a fila errada. Já faz mais de meia hora que estou na fila correta (assim espero), e não tô nem na metade dela!
Terrible. From 8 booths only 3 functioned.
