No geral tem bom atendimento.
Mas o pessoal podia ser mais proativo. Enquanto abastecia um tanque de 65 litros de diesel, ao invés de ficar olhando pro tempo o frentista poderia ofertar uma limpeza nos parabrisas, calibrar os pneus, colocar água no reservatório do limpador, etc.
São mimos que cativam e fidelizam o cliente.
Brand new station.
Overall good service.
But staff could be more proactive. While filling a 65 liter tank of diesel, instead of looking at the time, the attendant could offer a windshield cleaning, calibrate the tires, put water in the wiper reservoir, etc.
They are treats that captivate and retain the customer.
