★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar já foi excelente no quesito atendimento, qualidade e variedade. Hj aparenta que esta em declínio, nem o ar condicionado do salão de alimentação funciona mais. Já foram várias as vezes que presenciei a dona chamando a atenção de funcionários aos berros na frente dos clientes. Com isso vários dos funcionários bons foram embora e sempre tem um novato, com isso o atendimento fica lento. Se querem um conselho: Menos fofocas e mais gestão!
Place was once excellent in terms of service, quality and variety. Today appears to be in decline, not even the air conditioning in the food hall works anymore. I've witnessed the owner calling the attention of employees screaming in front of customers several times. As a result, several of the good employees left and there is always a newcomer, so the service is slow. If you want advice: Less gossip and more management!
