★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes colocaram gasolina aditivada sem a minha permissão, pois fui clara ao pedir comum, na segunda vez, eu vi na hr e avisei a atendente, que fez drama, disse que era o primeiro dia dela e o que gerente não estava para resolver, no fim de deram um valor em cash back no app... Ontem fui abastecer e já fiquei de olho em qual bomba o atendente ia colocar, pedi R$ 100 de gasolina comum, uma moça já veio fazer a cobrança, detalhe que eles pedem para você parar o carro bem a frente da bomba... mas fiquei observando o abastecimento, minha sorte.... colocaram R$78, e um outro frentista tirou a bomba, zerou o valor e já foi abastecer o carro de trás, quando o frentista que estava abastecendo meu carro veio me entregar a chave, eu questionei e disse que ele havia abastecido R$78, então ele falou para o frentista que estava abastecendo o carro de trás que tirou a bomba antes , me pediu a chave para terminar de abastecer e eu disse que pagaria os R$ 78 e nunca mais voltaria... pessoal esse posto é cheio de trambiques, fiquem ligados, se eu não tivesse visto, ia pagar R$100 e teria meu carro abastecido comR$ 78

Yesterday I went to fill up and I already kept an eye on which pump the attendant was going to put, I asked for R$ 100 of regular gasoline, a girl already came to collect, detail that they they ask you to stop the car right in front of the pump... but I watched the filling, my luck.... they put R$78, and another attendant took the pump, zeroed the value and went to fill up the car behind, when the gas station attendant who was filling up my car came to give me the key, I questioned and said that he had filled up R$78, so he told the attendant who was filling up the car in the back who removed the pump before, asked me for the key to finish to refuel and I said I would pay the R$78 and never come back... if the post is full of scams, stay tuned, if I hadn't seen it, I would have paid R$100 and my car would have been filled with R$78

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 15/05/22, passei no posto Ipiranga da Av Interlagos 3429, para abastecer. Na placa dizia, abasteça com o app e pague $6,12. Tenho o aplicativo, já usei outras vezes, usei nessa também, e quando fui passar o cartão a frentista cobrou o valor cheio, de $6.45 no litro. Quando questionei ela inventou uma desculpa e falou que eu não tinha lido como funcionava o app. Já me senti enganada aí, mas ok, passei $200 no cartão.
Porém, quando chegamos ao posto meu namorado falou, coloca 200 reais de gasolina. A menina saiu, abasteceu, e voltou pra cobrar. Visto que o preço do litro saiu a $6,45, e abastecemos 28,369 litros, eu deveria pagar 182,92 reais.
Questionamos de novo, e disseram que a frentista tinha colocado gasolina aditivada, e NÓS que devíamos ter dito que a gasolina era comum.
Nós em momento algum pedimos gasolina aditivada, e o óbvio, em TODOS os postos é, quando não especificado, você coloca gasolina comum.
A frentista chamou o gerente, que foi super grosseiro, e queria que nós arcássemos com o erro.
Ao pesquisar o posto no google, a primeira coisa que se acha é uma reclamação igual a nossa, ou seja, eles não fizeram por engano, eles fazem pra roubar o cliente.
Atendimento péssimo, propaganda enganosa e roubo, é assim que eles trabalham. Nota 0.
Today 15/05/22, I stopped by the Ipiranga gas station on Av Interlagos 3429, to fill up. On the sign it said, fill up with the app and pay $6.12. I have the app, I've used it on other occasions, I've used it on this one too, and when I went to swipe the card the attendant charged the full amount, $6.45 per liter. When I asked, she made up an excuse and said that I hadn't read how the app worked. I already felt cheated there, but ok, I spent $200 on the card.
However, when we arrived at the gas station, my boyfriend said, put 200 reais for gasoline. The girl left, refueled, and came back to collect. Since the price of a liter came out at $6.45, and we filled 28,369 liters, I would have to pay 182.92 reais.
We questioned it again, and they said that the gas station attendant had added gasoline, and WE should have said that gasoline was common.
We never ask for additive gasoline, and the obvious thing is, at ALL gas stations, when not specified, you use regular gasoline.
The attendant called the manager, who was super rude, and wanted us to pay for the mistake.
When searching the post on google, the first thing you find is a complaint like ours, that is, they didn't do it by mistake, they do it to steal the customer.
Terrible service, false advertising and theft, that's how they work. Note 0.
