★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço bom, o que peca são os frentista que não atendem os carros por ordem de chegada, são perdidos no atendimento ao cliente e extremamente insistentes para averiguação de óleo, água etc. Pedi para falar com a gerência e fui avisado que não a gerente local. Infelizmente isso no faz cliente voltar!
 Good price, what sins are the attendants who do not attend the cars on a first-come, first-served basis and are extremely insistent on inquiring about oil, water etc. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I was not the local manager. Unfortunately that doesn't make the customer come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Frentista fica batendo papo com carros parados na bomba, quando não tiram adedanha para abastecer. Moro próximo ao posto, esses acontecimentos são corriqueiros.
Terrible attendance. Gas station attendant is chatting with cars stopped at the pump, when they don't take a drink to fill up. I live near the post, these events are commonplace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro Novo Eldorado e 1 vez por semana abasteço nesse posto devido ao cartão combustível e afirmo somente por esse motivo. Frentistas mal encarados, preguiçosos, ficam batendo papo e pensando na morte da bezerra, já abasteço há mais de 2 anos e afirmo nunca foi eficiente atendimento.
I live in Novo Eldorado and once a week I fill up at this station due to the fuel card and I say this only for that reason. Gas station attendants mean, lazy, chatting and thinking about the calf's death, I've been supplying gas for over 2 years and I say it was never efficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Nunca mais abasteço nesse posto. Sempre que ia abastecer lá os frentistas queriam abrir o capô do carro pra conseguir vender algum produto... Até que um dia me pegaram, disseram que meu carro precisava de fluído e me cobraram um absurdo pelos produtos. Depois de 1 semana todo o fluido tinha sumido do carro. Além de desonestos prestam um serviço horrível.
Terrible! I'll never refuel at that station again. Whenever I went to fill up there, the gas station attendants wanted to open the hood of the car to be able to sell some product... Until one day they caught me, said that my car needed fluid and they charged me absurdly for the products. After 1 week all the fluid was gone from the car. In addition to being dishonest, they provide a horrible service.

Frentista se aproveitou do fato de eu ser leiga no quesito carros, ao ver minha dificuldade pra abrir o capo pra ele olhar a água, e veio me oferecer uma troca do óleo da direção por 28,00. Certifiquei-me do valor e ele repetiu que era apenas 28. Como achei um valor modesto, autorizei. Ele retirou todo o óleo, e depois de ter terminado a retirada e antes de colocar o novo, veio "confirmar" comigo o valor de R$84,00, pedindo nova autorização para realizar um procedimento que já havia autorizado na informação inicial de 28,00. Me assustei com o preço e disse estar errado, pois tinha me informado somente 28 reais. Ao que ele responde que era 28 por frasco, e que gastaria 3 frascos, por isso valor maior. Questionei ao mesmo porque não me informou isso antes de fazer toda a retirada do óleo, o que por que esperou apenas pra informar neste exato momento. Ele veio com desculpas de que havia falado sim, que eu não havia prestado atenção. Ora, se ele se garante que havia falado, então porque veio "confirmar"? Ele esperou pra confirmar e informar o real valor só depiis de retirado todo óleo para me inibir e constranger a acabar aceitando, uma vez que já tinha feito parte do serviço. Final da história: liguei pro marido, que falou com ele e fezele devolver totalmente nosso óleo original. Perdi meia hora de uma sexta a noite neste péssimo posto e não volto nunca mais! Golpistas!

He waited to confirm and inform the real value only after removing all the oil to inhibit and embarrass me to end up accepting it, since it had already been part of the service. End of story: I called my husband, who spoke to him and made him fully return our original oil. I lost half an hour of a Friday night in this terrible post and I will never come back! Scammers!
