★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo dos péssimos... colocaram óleo errado no meu carro e ainda quiseram que eu pagasse. Além de ferrarem com o motor do meu carro queriam que eu pagasse pelo erro deles. Falta de respeito e noção. Já entrei com o processo pelo Sac aí de vocês. Preciso viajar e quero ver se o erro de vcs vai ferracar com o meu motor. Aí quero ver quem vai pagar. Isso se vcs não serem o responsáveis pelo meu carro parar na estada. Aguardo resposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao abastecer se atente, eles colocam um preço baixo para atrair o cliente, mas na hora de abastecer eles colocam para aditivada para sair mais caro. Aconteceu comigo duas vezes, agora eu desço do carro para acompanhar de perto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumava frequentar, mas para mim, esta semana foi a gota d'água. Um posto parar de vender combustíveis por 10 ou 20 minutos por não sei o que do sistema, é um absurdo! Qual sistema usam? Fazem contabilidade com calculadora?? O dono desse posto não deve estar precisando faturar não. Só pode! Frequento postos de todas as bandeiras e vários Ipiranga e NUNCA vi nada igual ao que fazem neste. Minha última tentativa foi de encher o tanque neste sábado por volta de umas 13:30h. Fui todo convicto a usar o APP Abastece Aí e o frentista antes mesmo de dar boa tarde disse que voltaria a atender em 20 minutos. Saí cantando pneu, pensa numa raiva! Fora esta vez, já aconteceu no começo da madrugada, entre meia noite e uma hora da manhã em dia de semana e outra vez tbm de dia. Pra mim, deu. Fui ali no BR, paguei 6,39 o litro, mas encheram o tanque NA HORA! Revejam seus conceitos! Eu mesmo, não volto mais. A gasolina é confiável, o preço é bom, mas o atendimento, além desses episódios, deixa a desejar.

I went there in BR, I paid 6.39 a liter, but they filled the tank ON TIME! Review your concepts! I myself will not come back. Gasoline is reliable, the price is good, but the service, in addition to these episodes, leaves something to be desired.
