★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como outros postos de saúde de Fortaleza... deixa a desejar... e muito! Poderia melhorar, mas para que isso aconteça seria necessário uma mudança geral.
Todos os procedimentos demoram horrores, quando conseguimos UM...
Sei q muitas coisas dependem da Secretaria da saúde e prefeitura, o que tamb precisa ser melhorando urgentemente...
Mas como o comentário refere-se ao posto de saúde, vejo em algumas pessoas a vontade de ajudar e em outras o desinteresse TOTAL!
Just like other health posts in Fortaleza ... it leaves something to be desired ... a lot! It could improve, but for that to happen it would need a general change.
All procedures take horrors when we get ONE ...
I know that many things depend on the Health Department and the City Hall, which also needs to be improved urgently ...
But as the comment refers to the health post, I see in some people the desire to help and in others the TOTAL disinterest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Ninguém tem boa vontade em atender. Colocam um rapaz na portaria que fica fazendo perguntas sobre a saúde do paciente. Eu quero eh um médico. Queria fazer um exame sorologico de covid já que me vacinei. Ele me mandou para o setor de vacinação da gripe que me devolveu para ele. Mesmo sabendo que tenho direito perante a constituição não adianta eh irritante empurra empura. Prefiro pagar e fazer numa clínica popular já que o município me ignora.
Terrible. Nobody is willing to answer. They put a young man at the entrance who keeps asking questions about the patient's health. I want a doctor. I wanted to do a serological covid test since I got vaccinated. He sent me to the flu vaccination department who gave me back to him. Even though I know I have a right to the constitution, it's no use and annoying pushes. I prefer to pay and do it at a popular clinic since the municipality ignores me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui tomar minha segunda dose , cheguei antes das 12 e não me vacinaram, sou do grupo de risco, diabética e hipertensos 58 anos, a infermeira apenas na maior deselegância ! Dizendo não ia aplicar minha vacina pq ia almoçar,e que esperasse outra marcação. O pior atendimento . Eu dou nota 0 para a infermeira.Esta sendo para atender e faz isso! Poderia ceder o lugar para realmente quem quer trabalhar.
Terrible care, I took my second dose, I arrived before 12 o'clock and they didn't vaccinate me, I'm from the risk group, diabetic and hypertensive 58 years old, the nurse only in the most inelegant way! Saying I would not apply my vaccine because I was going to lunch, and that I would wait for another appointment. The worst service. I give 0 to the infermeira.Esta being to meet and do it! I could give the place to anyone who really wants to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionarios deste posto tratam mal os pacientes, com desdém, sem empatia e são ate grosseiros. O tratamento era ruim e piorou, esses anos de pandemia nao serviu em nada na melhora ao tratamento dos pacientes. Esses locais deveriam passar por auditorias de órgão independentes. Avaliadores deveriam se passar por paciente pra sentir o que população da região passa neste posto!
Deveriam tirar o numero de telefone do site, pois ja foi dito ate pelos funcionarios que nao esta funcionando, mas vc liga chama e ninguem atende!
The staff at this post treat patients badly, with disdain, without empathy and are even rude. The treatment was bad and got worse, these years of pandemic did nothing to improve the treatment of patients. These sites should undergo independent agency audits. Evaluators should pretend to be a patient to feel what the population of the region goes through at this post!
They should remove the phone number from the site, as it has already been said by the employees that it is not working, but you call and no one answers!
