★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa muito melhorar. Atendimento péssimo, logo quando você chega na recepção eles acham que estão prestando um favor para você, nem um bom dia ganha e não adianta você ser educado com eles, pois a maioria trabalha a base de preguiça e com muita má VONTADE!!
You really need to improve. Lousy service, right when you arrive at the reception they think they are doing you a favor, not even a good day wins and it is useless to be polite to them, as most work out of laziness and with very bad WILL !!
