Making an appointment by phone is impossible! Just busy or not call! It seems that when the time comes to book, they turn off the device! Total neglect!

it's impossible to make an appointment over the phone, it even seems like they take the phone off the hook, it's always busy or the call doesn't go through. In the other number you don't even call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi boas avaliações sobre o posto de saúde, comigo e minha namorada foi o oposto, no primeiro momento/primeiro dia no posto tudo normal, tudo certo, já nos outros dias vi que desde o primeiro atendimento faltaram informações que me fizeram ficar igual um trouxa andando de lugar e outro na cidade, uma coisa simples que podia ser resolvida no posto mesmo. Acordei cedo, fui no posto pra não ser atendido (isso com consulta marcada). Tudo isso incompetência de alguns dos servidores, me lembro de um Sr que fica no primeiro atendimento que fico imaginando como foi parar lá, pelo amor de Deus cara. O SUS já não é ótimo e ainda tem servidores com aquela capacidade. Tirando a enfermeira, que foi ótima no atendimento, atenciosa e etc. O Sr e umas duas moças lá não olham nem na cara da gnt pra cv's, sério acho q estão no lugar errado o lugar certo é um cargo que não trabalhe com a população, se sentem num pedestal alto.
Bom, essa foi minha experiência no posto, espero que não seja assim com quem necessita de atendimento lá.
I saw good evaluations about the health clinic, with me and my girlfriend it was the opposite, at the first moment / first day at the clinic everything was normal, all right, on the other days I saw that since the first appointment there was lack of information that made me look like a muggle walking from one place to another in the city, a simple thing that could be solved at the same post. I woke up early, went to the clinic not to be seen (this with an appointment). All this incompetence of some of the servers, I remember a Mr who is in the first service that I wonder how he got there, for the love of God man. SUS is no longer great and still has servers with that capacity. Except for the nurse, who was great in attendance, attentive and etc. You and a couple of young women there don't even look at gnt for cv's, seriously i think they are in the wrong place the right place is a position that doesn’t work with the population, they feel on a high pedestal.
Well, that was my experience at the clinic, I hope that is not the case with those who need assistance there.
