Minha esposa foi com meu filho para uma simples consulta. No dia ela se dirigiu ao balcão logo o rapaz pediu para sentar para aguarda o atendimento porém ela estava demorando muito aí ela se dirigiu novamente ao balcão só que foi uma mulher que atendeu aí ela falou que o Médico não estava no posto pois estava doente ela chegou até pedi desculpas mas a pergunta é porque o rapaz não falou logo . Gente e minha esposa não tinha almoçado para honrar com horário mas aí minha esposa só saiu com a nova data para atendimento que atendente falou que teria que vim outro dia para marcar . Um absurdo nota zero . Peço que os responsável tome providência para melhorar e prestar o atendimento a todo povo sem dessernir e com respeito , amor e entenda que o povo não é besta .Um forte abraço ao povo do verdes horizontes .

On the day she went to the counter the boy asked to sit down to wait for the appointment but she was taking too long there she went to the counter again only that it was a woman who answered there she said that the doctor was not at the clinic because she was sick she I even apologized but the question is why the boy didn't speak right away. People and my wife had not had lunch to honor with a schedule, but then my wife only left with the new date for attendance. An absurd zero score. I ask that those responsible take steps to improve and provide care to all people without dissent and with respect, love and understand that the people are not beasts. Tomei minha segunda dose da covid já uns 2 messes e não encontro o registro no conectsus, ainda mais agora q pra tudo precisa comprovar q tomou as 2 doses, ou seja se qualquer instituição for verificar vai até achar q e graúdo por não ter registro no sistema de saúde!
