Poorly administered ... absurd you arrive before 7 am and only leave after 11 am p go to a general practitioner .... Before you go to the doctor you have to go to a nurse then in the nursing technician you can be seen by the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que tem muita gente que trabalha ali que precisa de um treinamento pra lhe dar com as pessoas enfermas , não é todos ,mas pra mim deixa a desejar muito !!! A Cristiane trabalhou na recepção ,e hj não está mais lá ,gente que pessoa maravilhosa ,humana ,carinhosa ,a Elaine minha agente de saúde uma pessoa maravilhosa e querida ,fui atendida pelo enfermeiro Juliano e o Doutor Anderson ,tbm fui super bem atendidas ,agora o dia que fui ,a recepção não tinha nem lugar pra sentar ,cheguei lá às 6:45 tava lotado ,e as 10:30 quando eu desmaiei que fizeram alguma coisa ,até esse horário eu do tinha passado pela técnica ,e oque vemos é um tanto de funcionários atoa,jogando joguinho no computador ou batente do papo ,com um tanto de gente precisando de atendimento ! Se quiser meu contato ,eu faço a reclamação na cara de cada um ....

Cristiane worked at the reception, and hj is no longer there, people that wonderful person, human, affectionate, Elaine my health agent a wonderful and dear person, I was attended by the nurse Juliano and Doctor Anderson, also I was super well attended, now the day I went, the reception had no place to sit, I got there at 6:45 was crowded, and at 10:30 when I fainted they did something, until that time I had not gone through the technique, and what we see is a bit of atoa employees, playing computer games or chatting, with some people needing service! sai de lá com o novo cartão e a data da segunda dose em menos de meia hora. Obrigada pelo excelente atendimento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total em relação a imunização contra pandemia... Lugar totalmente mal administrado.
Pacientes chegam para se imunizarem e ficam horas na fila sem uma triagem prévia que poderia ser feita com recolhimento de dados para agilizar o processo, deixando tudo para ser feito na hora, na sala de vacinação. Não tem fiscalização para manter_se o distanciamento nas filas. Além de tudo isso a sala de vacinação se fecha pontualmente às 12:30 para o refeição das duas únicas atendentes disponíveis. O que poderia ser substituído por novos funcionários e não interromper o precesso de vacinação. Pacientes que chegam ás 9:00 até às 12:30 ainda não foram atendidos e ainda tem que esperar até o
turno reiniciar.
Entre outras irregularidades, essas são de fato inaceitáveis!!!!
Total disregard for pandemic immunization... Totally mismanaged place.
Patients arrive to get immunized and stay in line for hours without prior screening that could be done with data collection to speed up the process, leaving everything to be done on time, in the vaccination room. There is no supervision to maintain the distance in the queues. In addition to all this, the vaccination room closes promptly at 12:30 for a meal by the only two available attendants. What could be replaced by new employees and not interrupt the vaccination process. Patients who arrive at 9:00 am until 12:30 pm have not yet been seen and still have to wait until the
turn restart.
Among other irregularities, these are in fact unacceptable!!!!
