Gostava muito do atendimento da equipe anterior, mas esses novos são muito despreparados. Fora que já presenciei falta de respeito com outros clientes enquanto estavam atendendo.
Ontem não consegui abastecer, porque tavam batendo papo.

I really liked the service provided by the previous team, but these new ones are very unprepared. Besides, I've witnessed lack of respect with other customers while they were serving.

The gas station attendant by the name of William just spilled alcohol on the car's paint and blamed the gas station owner, my car may run out of fuel but I never fill up there again.
