★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28/12/2021 - ALCOOL ADULTERADO - Abasteci no dia 28/12/2021 completando o tanque com 46 litros de alcool no total de R$290. No dia seguinte peguei a rodovia do sol e após 35km chegando em Vila Velha o carro foi perdendo força até que o motor parou. Insisti várias vezes para que pegasse e com muito custo consegui chegar em uma oficina. Após o diagnóstico do mecânico, constatou-se combustível adulterado. Tive grande dificuldade para que o mecânico aceitasse fazer o conserto porque era véspera de feriado, faltavam quatro horas para a oficina fechar. Retirado o alcool verificou-se que o mesmo nem pegava fogo e que só tinha no tanque 26litros. O conserto só ficou pronto as 17hr e me custou um prejuizo de R$290 de alcool, R$240 da oficina e mais R$200 do novo combustível. Devolvi o alcool no posto no dia seguinte e o gerente nao estava, após uma conversa com um dos frentistas que não sabia do assunto me disse que havia tido várias reclamacões. É inaceitavel que irresponsabilidades dessa natureza ocorram normalmente num posto de bandeira BR que é a maior compania de petróleo do Brasil onde o consumidor não tem garantia de nada.
12/28/2021 - ADULTERED ALCOHOL - I filled up on 12/28/2021, completing the tank with 46 liters of alcohol for a total of R$290. The next day I took the highway of the sun and after 35km arriving in Vila Velha the car started to lose power until the engine stopped. I insisted several times to pick it up and with great difficulty I managed to get to a workshop. After the mechanic's diagnosis, adulterated fuel was found. I had great difficulty getting the mechanic to accept to do the repair because it was the eve of a holiday, there were four hours left for the workshop to close. After removing the alcohol, it was found that it did not catch fire and that it only had 26 liters in the tank. The repair was only ready at 17:00 and it cost me a loss of R$290 for alcohol, R$240 for the workshop and another R$200 for the new fuel. I returned the alcohol to the gas station the next day and the manager was not there, after a conversation with one of the attendants who did not know about the matter, he told me that he had had several complaints. It is unacceptable that irresponsibility of this nature normally occurs in a BR-branded gas station, which is the largest oil company in Brazil where the consumer has no guarantee of anything.
