Não tenho costume de abastecer neste posto onde recentemente atuava como posto cacique (fantasia) e agora por Ipiranga (deve ter franqueado). Por eu sempre abastecer no ipiranga fiquei chocado com tamanha falta de atendimento, senso de urgência com o cliente, respeito a fila, os atendentes estavam com o uniforme sujo, todos eles. Aparentemente não se ver um responsável pelo local, os frentistas param de atender os clientes para fazerem trabalho administrativo como preencher e mexer em sistema enquanto eu (cliente esperando calado), e quando retornam já não sabem por onde começar. Isso é muito irritante parece que não tem funcionários suficientes ou gestão, são poucos ágeis no atendimento . Isso aconteceu por duas vezes que fui abastecer. Estou fazendo essa reclamação pois não vejo esse comportamento nas outras unidades do Ipiranga onde abasteço. Verifiquei as avaliações anteriores, onde esse posto possui boa avaliação, porém de 2 anos. Seria bom o responsável ver o que está acontecendo com esses funcionários ou melhor, com a gestão, se tiver uma. E o Ipiranga? Possui algum padrão de atendimento estabelecido aos seus franqueados e aos clientes? Isso pode afetar muito a imagem dessa empresa. Vou procurar o próprio sit do Ipiranga e relatar o fato. Clientes!! "Eu e vocês não somos obrigados a gastar dinheiro em locais onde não dão o mínimo de respeito." Existe a concorrência que oferece serviços de qualidade e economia!!! Saiam do piloto automático vocês verão a diferença!

I don't have the habit of filling up at this post where I recently worked as a chief (fantasy) and now by Ipiranga (must have a franchisee). Because I always refuel at ipiranga, I was shocked by such a lack of service, a sense of urgency with the customer, respect for the queue, the attendants were in a dirty uniform, all of them. Apparently not seeing a person responsible for the place, gas station attendants stop serving customers to do administrative work such as filling and messing with the system while I (customer waiting quietly), and when they return they no longer know where to start. This is very irritating, it seems that there are not enough employees or management, they are few agile in service. This happened twice that I went to refuel. I am making this claim because I do not see this behavior in other units of Ipiranga where abasteço. I checked the previous evaluations, where this post has a good evaluation, however 2 years. It would be good for the person in charge to see what is happening with these employees or, better, with the management, if you have one. And what about Ipiranga? Do you have a service standard established for your franchisees and customers? This can greatly affect the image of this company. I will look for Ipiranga's own website and report the fact. Customers!! "You and I are not obliged to spend money in places where you don't give a damn about respect." There is competition that offers quality and economical services !!! Get off the autopilot you will see the difference!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,os atendentes(bombeiros)Me deixaram esperando por horas,disseram que por causa da chuva,não abasteceriam nenhum carro,mas eu vi eles abastecendo outros carros mais novos,já que o meu não é tão novo.
Terrible, the attendants (firefighters) kept me waiting for hours, said that because of the rain, they wouldn't fill up any cars, but I saw them filling up other newer cars, since mine is not that new.
