★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frentista mt grosso arrumou briga porque coloquei carro na bomba que estava na sombra e o posto só tinha meu carro abastecendo, achei mt estranho a atitude dele ... e um posto que não recomendo...pq ele queria que eu parasse naquela bomba ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei o carro na bomba, o frentista gentilmente veio me atender e colocou no abastecimento automático. Ao terminar, apareceu um outro com o valor escrito a caneta num papel pedindo para eu me dirigir ao caixa. Segundo ele é um procedimento padrão, mas com certeza não dá ipiranga, pois todos os outros fazem o recebimento ali mesmo no veículo.
Uma pena, pois em poucas quadras podemos contar com esse tipo tratamento num posto da rede ipiranga.
I stopped the car at the pump, the attendant kindly came to meet me and put it on automatic fuel. When I finished, another appeared with the amount written in pen on paper asking me to go to the cashier. According to him, it is a standard procedure, but it certainly does not give ipiranga, as everyone else receives it right there in the vehicle.
A pity, because in a few blocks we can count on this type of treatment at an ipiranga network post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei no posto para trocar o óleo e enquanto trocava, fui na conveniência. Chegando já me deparei com uma música super alta tocando sertanejo... Não entendo a necessidade de colocar música, estava indo para um posto de gasolina e parei para comer, não estava indo para uma casa de show. Não consegui comer em paz, quis terminar o quanto antes para poder ir embora. Era melhor ficar lá fora, no calor, em pé, esperando trocar o óleo, do que ter que ficar ouvindo sertanojo, em um volume alto ainda.
Para comer, peguei um combo que estava passando na tela atrás do balcão. Quando cheguei no caixa, a atendente disse que aquele combo era do programa km de vantagem e que o posto não estava participando, por isso teria que cobrar o preço normal e não o preço promocional do combo, sendo que se fosse, o caso, não era para estar passando a propaganda na tela DENTRO da conveniência. Isso configura propaganda enganosa. E também no momento da compra, não me foi informado nada, só vieram falar na hora de pagar. Fiz cobrar o preço da promoção.
Com relação a troca de óleo, o frentista foi muito educado e o serviço dele é muito bom.

To eat, I took a combo that was playing on the screen behind the counter. When I arrived at the cashier, the attendant said that that combo was from the km advantage program and that the station was not participating, so I would have to charge the normal price and not the promotional price of the combo, if so, no it was supposed to be running the advertisement on the screen INSIDE convenience. This configures false advertising. And also at the time of purchase, I was not informed about anything, they only came to talk about paying. I did charge the promotion price.
Regarding the oil change, the attendant was very polite and his service is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certa vez que fui abastecer neste posto eu vi o frentista com um controle parecido com controle de portão apertando o mesmo próximo a bomba , ele me olhou e ficou sem graça , não retornei mais ao local . E achei o combustível bem ruim tmb meu carro falhou muito .
Once I went to fill up at this gas station I saw the attendant with a control similar to a gate control pressing the same close to the pump, he looked at me and got embarrassed, I didn't return to the place anymore. And I found the fuel very bad, my car failed a lot.
