Hoje frequentando constantemente o posto e sendo atendido pelos mesmos funcionários, vejo o quanto errei em minha avaliação.
O posto é sim um estabelecimento de grandes profissionais e de grande respeito aos seus clientes.
Sinto muito pela minha antiga avaliação, pois naquela oportunidade eu tirei conclusões precipitadas por conta de um atendimento falho de um funcionário que nem lá não trabalha mais.
Dessa forma hoje entendo que somos passíveis de erros e de falhas e que não podemos julgar o estabelecimento todo por conta de somente uma pessoa que não merece fazer parte de uma equipe tão profissional quanto a deste posto em questão.
In my first review 1 year ago I said I didn't like it and only gave it 1 star.
Today, constantly attending the clinic and being attended by the same employees, I see how much I was wrong in my assessment.
The post is indeed an establishment of great professionals and with great respect for its customers.
I'm sorry for my old assessment, because on that occasion I jumped to conclusions because of a poor service provided by an employee who doesn't even work there anymore.
Thus, today I understand that we are subject to errors and failures and that we cannot judge the entire establishment because of just one person who does not deserve to be part of such a professional team as the one in this post in question.
