★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA - FIQUE LONGE
1. Pedi gasolina comum e colocaram aditivida. Já tinham feito isso antes e desta vez só vi quando cheguei em casa.
2. Enquanto abastecia foram olhar a água, dizendo que o meu carro NOVO estava com problema, que teria que trocar o fluido, de 4 a 6 litros, etc, etc já foram abrindo, tirando a água e acabei pagando 1 litro, pedindo para parar....
3. Disseram que 1 litro de fluido custaria 70,00 e mo pagto cobraram 80,00.
FIQUEM LONGE, SÃO ENGANOSOS.
 BAD EXPERIENCE - STAY AWAY
1. I asked for regular gasoline and they added additives. They had done this before and this time I didn't see it until I got home.
2. While filling up, they went to look at the water, saying that my NEW car had a problem, that I would have to change the fluid, from 4 to 6 liters, etc, etc. to stop....
3. They said that 1 liter of fluid would cost 70.00 and paid 80.00.
STAY AWAY, THEY ARE MISLEADING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ipiranga é um posto de "renome" né?! Todos conhecemos e imaginamos que a gasolina é de melhor qualidade, no entanto, abasteci neste posto dia 14.04.2022 (encho o tanque) e desde então minha moto está pipocando, falhando a aceleração. Como pode isso? Infelizmente não dá para voltar nesse posto. Estou sem saber se mando retirar essa gasolina ou se espero gastar um pouco para colocar uma boa.
Ipiranga is a "renowned" post, right?! We all know and imagine that gasoline is of better quality, however, I filled up at this station on 04.14.2022 (I fill the tank) and since then my bike has been popping, failing to accelerate. How can this be? Unfortunately, it is not possible to return to this post. I'm not sure if I should have that gas removed or if I expect to spend a little to put a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO TEM COMO DAR ZERO ESTRELAS?
Abasteci meu veículo com gasolina nesse posto, não deu 800 metros meu carro começou a falhar e acendeu a luz da INJEÇÃO ELETRÔNICA. Voltei no outro dia e perguntei se por engano eles não teriam colocado álcool ao invés de gasolina. O frentista GARANTIU que tinham colocado gasolina. Mostrei pra ele que a luz da INJEÇÃO ELETRÔNICA estava acesa e que o carro estava falhando, NEM DEU ATENÇÃO! Fui num outro posto, enchi o tanque e tudo voltou ao normal! Nunca mais volto nessa ARAPUCA! Moradores da LAPA E REGIÃO, cuidado com esse posto! NÃO É GENTE SÉRIA! Usam a marca IPIRANGA de fachada!
CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS?
I filled my vehicle with gasoline at this station, it didn't go 800 meters my car started to fail and the ELECTRONIC INJECTION light turned on. I came back the other day and asked if by mistake they had put alcohol instead of gasoline. The gas station attendant GUARANTEED that they had filled up with gas. I showed him that the ELECTRONIC INJECTION light was on and that the car was failing, HE DID NOT PAY ATTENTION! I went to another gas station, filled the tank and everything went back to normal! I will never go back to this ARAPUCA again! Residents of LAPA AND REGION, beware of this post! NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE! They use the IPIRANGA brand as a facade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nem sei por onde começar, rs. Vamos lá... Pedi para encher o tanque com gasolina, o frentista encheu com gasolina aditivada. Solicitei a devolução do dinheiro e ainda tive que ouvir deboche e sarcasmo do gerente da unidade. Outro funcionário pediu para olhar água, fluído e óleo. Após avaliar disse que estava seco, zero fluído e zero óleo. Quanto ao fluído, me cobrou R$ 40,00 pelo mesmo, que obviamente em minha sã consciência recusei de imediato. Quanto ao óleo, verifiquei quantos km faltavam até a próxima troca e pude constatar que podia rodar mais 4000 km. Suspeitei que ao invés do 10 mil km, pudesse ter colocado o 5 mil km, por isso resolvi investigar. Para não ficar na dúvida, passei no MercadoCar e pedi o auxílio de um técnico. Diferente do Ipiranga, fui muito bem atendido. O técnico me informou que o nível está dentro do esperado e que posso rodar os 4000 km sem problema. Enfim, fica aqui meu desapontamento pelo *PÉSSIMO* atendimento prestado no Ipiranga e também meu elogio ao EXCELENTE serviço que sempre tive e continuo tendo no MercadoCar.
