★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O app nunca é aceito, tentei cinco vezes. Fico esperando na fila e ninguém sequer comunica (funcionários ou placa). O posto já foi muito melhor. Não recomendo.
The app is never accepted, I tried it five times. I wait in line and no one even communicates (employees or board). The post was much better. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, um dos atendentes foi muito mal educado. Sabemos da era tecnológica facilita a todos. Com o aplicativo abastece ai da Rede Ipiranga, é algo que ajuda quanto ao abastecimento e pagamento com facilidades para ambos, sem necessidade de cartão, senha, sair do carro na hora de finalizar.
Não foi o que ocorreu dia 19/10/2021.
Não sabia que estava tendo problemas com as maquininhas do abastece ai, que normalmente os postos da rede levam até o motorista para lançar o código, finalizando o pagamento.
Bastava ele ser mais educado e na hora usar apenas esse termo.
"Desculpe o transtorno, poderia efetuar o pagamento no caixa? Estamos com problemas técnicos nas maquinas para finalizar" e não ficar discutindo com o cliente, dizendo que eu não queria descer do carro aos berros no pátio do posto.
Vale lembra que o uso do APLICATIVO é para facilitar todos.
Sr. Gerente, de aos funcionários cursos práticos a esses atendentes, sou sessentão e respeito é algo que não se cobra de ninguém.

"Sorry for the inconvenience, could you make the payment at the till? We have technical problems with the machines to finish" and not be arguing with the customer, saying that I didn't want to get out of the car screaming in the yard of the gas station.
It is worth remembering that the use of the APP is to make everyone easier.
Mr. Manager, give the employees practical courses to these attendants, I am sixty and respect is something that is not demanded of anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 26/05 Realizei um abastecimento no valor de 100 reais de gasolina, após andar alguns km,meu carro parou de funcionar, fui ao mecânico o mesmo informou que poderia ser o combustível, retirou todo combustível do tanque, trocou algumas peças que danificou, reabastecei com outro combustível e meu carro funcionou.
Voltei ao posto para conversar com gerente o mesmo não estava presente no local, conversei através do telefone e o gerente extremamente mal educado disse que não poderia fazer nada simples disse que o problema era meu fiquei no prejuízo ,com o combustível, mecânico.
