★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem abasteci pela 2º vez neste posto, a primeira vez fui muito bem atendida por uma moça.
Essa mesma moça iniciou meu atendimento ontem (já nada atenciosa como da outra vez), porém deixou abastecendo e saiu (provavelmente foi atender outro cliente), ao terminar o meu abastecimento fiquei aguardando por vários minutos até alguém aparecer, veio um rapaz, trouxe a maquininha e paguei, acabei questionando que achava que o valor do combustível era menor, já que havia verificado na placa. Ele falou que era pelo aplicativo, até aí ok. Mas falei que não deu para entender que era pelo app. Ele simplesmente me ignorou, falei que ia precisar calibrar os pneus, e se ele poderia fazer isso pra mim, e com extrema má vontade pediu para encostar perto do local para calibrar, mais uma vez eu esperei por um longo tempo. Ele calibrou, com a cara mais fechada, sem a mínima simpatia, como se estivesse me fazendo um grande favor.
Sempre que abasteço em qualquer outro posto estou acostumada com um bom atendimento e sempre me oferecem para verificar óleo, água...calibrar pneu e sempre na maior simpatia.
Pelo valor do combustível, esperava uma atendimento diferenciado.
Eu, particulamente não pretendo ir mais neste posto.

This same girl started my service yesterday (no longer as attentive as the other time), but left to refuel and left (probably went to meet another customer), when I finished my supply I was waiting for several minutes until someone came, a boy came, brought the and I paid, I ended up questioning that I thought the fuel was less, since I had checked it on the license plate. He said it was through the app, so far ok. But I said that I couldn't understand that it was through the app. He just ignored me, I said I was going to need to calibrate the tires, and if he could do that for me, and with extreme ill will he asked to pull over near the place to calibrate, again I waited for a long time. He calibrated, with a more closed face, without the slightest sympathy, as if he were doing me a big favor.
Whenever I refuel at any other station I am used to a good service and they always offer me to check oil, water ... calibrate tires and always with the greatest sympathy.
For the value of the fuel, I expected a differentiated service.
I, in particular, do not intend to go to this post anymore.
