★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, (31/08/2021), por volta das 21:30hs, passei nesse posto para abastecer, e após o abastecimento, falei para o sr que me atendeu na bomba que era pagamento via cartão, então ele me solicitou, educadamente, que eu descesse do carro e fosse até o caixa, e assim fiz, chegando lá eu fiz uma pergunta ao operador: "Boa noite, para não precisarmos descer do carro, essas máquinas de cartão sem fio não poderia nos atender na bomba de combustível? -- para a minha surpresa, o sr operador do caixa me respondeu com um tom bem irônico, assim: Até a bomba não, mas até o carro sim rsrsrs"..não entendi bem o que ele quis dizer, porém, eu pedi para explicar; então ele, novamente, num tom irônico e debochado disse: " até a bomba não levo, só levo até o carro rsrs". Logo tive certeza que de que se tratava ali de um provocador que me fez entender que o respeito é algo que ele não tinha para dar, e meneando a cabeça e com altivez no olhar para os seus companheiros(que pareciam não entender os seus sinais irônicos na tratativa) ficou repetindo isso o que disse várias vezes. Ok mediante essas situações, não podemos nos deixar levar pelas emoções e nem aceitar a provocação, mas posso sempre relatar e reportar esse tipo de comportamento de pessoas que subjugam pelas aparências a ponto de atacar sem o menor motivo, ainda que esse mesmo esteja estressado no exercício do labor, e sendo por isso que uso esse e outros canais para denunciar esses dissabores, no intuito de que esse tipo de atitude seja repelido do relacionamento entre cliente e empresas/comércios e da sociedade, porque no fim, se a coisa ir além disso, sempre irá sobrar a má fama para a empresa que por certo instrui o funcionário a ser gentil e educado(assim penso eu).. para uso do posto, segue anexo foto do cidadão, foto com efeito protetivo quanto a identidade, mas tenho a foto original e guardo comigo gravação de voz do mesmo.

Okay, given these situations, we cannot let ourselves be carried away by emotions or accept the provocation, but I can always report and report this type of behavior of people who overwhelm by appearances to the point of attacking without the slightest reason, even if they are stressed in the exercise of labor, and that is why I use this and other channels to denounce these difficulties, in order that this type of attitude is repelled from the relationship between the client and companies/trades and society, because in the end, if the thing goes beyond In addition, there will always be a bad reputation for the company, which certainly instructs the employee to be kind and polite (so I think).. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem uma qualidade especial nos preços e nem no atendimento quanto aos demais postos Ipiranga, porem um bom posto para abastecer e de fácil localidade, nunca passei por problemas com este posto até o momento.
It doesn't have a special quality in terms of prices or service as compared to other Ipiranga gas stations, but it's a good gas station and easy to find, I've never had any problems with this station so far.

Coloquei uma moeda e não foi sulficiente.
Quando coloque a próxima a máquina não funcionou.
Procurei um funcionário que me disse que eu teria que ter esperado não sei quantos minutos para por a outra moeda.
Solicitei reembolso para por novamente o mesmo me disse que não tinha como.
Não faço questão de 1 real mas fiquei indignado com a falta de solução da parte desse posto.
Agora passarei bem longe disto aí...
