★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local agora é horrível, atendentes com má vontade, e nunca tem pressão para abastecer GNV para abastecer de manha. Todos os dias é essa desculpa, "não tem pressão" mas depois, quando é mais tarde, esta funcionando, como se não tivesse tido problema nenhum. E um verdadeiro descaso com clientes.
The place is now horrible, attendants are unwilling, and never have pressure to supply CNG to supply in the morning. Every day is that excuse, "there is no pressure" but then, when it is later, it is working, as if I had no problem. And a real disregard for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rapaziada atende bem e rapidamente. A gasolina aditivada é boa (sinto diferença no carro), há muitas opções de abastecimento (há GNV também) e estar ali ao lado da Dutra é muito bom!
The guys attend well and quickly. Additivated gasoline is good (I feel a difference in the car), there are many fueling options (there is also CNG) and being there next to Dutra is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nenhuma organização nas filas, sistema de cobrança antigo e lento. Sempre travando. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Param o abastecimento para recontagem do caixa. Uma absurdo, Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense num atendimento lento, multiplique por 10x, lentidão total. No momento de receber do cliente, poderiam tirar o carro da frente da bomba, iniciar o próximo abastecimento e executar o recebimento. Outro ponto muito negativo e esse já faz anos que acontece, é que os quatro pontos de abastecimento de GNV, nunca estão juntos em operação.
Respeita o cliente e melhora o atendimento.

Lamentável.

Another very negative point, and this has been happening for years, is that the four CNG supply points are never in operation together.
Respect the customer and improve service.

Infelizmente com pessoas muito mal preparadas para atender os clientes..
Hoje enquanto estava parado na bomba de combustível, 5 funcionários estava conversando enquanto eu estava ali esperando para ser atendido!! Quase tive que implorar para ser atendido.
Não foi a primeira vez que fui mal atendido, com má vontade, mas garanto que foi a última.
Terrible attendance!
Unfortunately with people very poorly prepared to serve customers..
Today while I was standing at the fuel pump, 5 employees were talking while I was there waiting to be attended to!! I almost had to beg to be taken care of.
It wasn't the first time I was treated poorly, with ill will, but I guarantee it was the last.
