Tem muitas coisas que podem ser melhoradas, principalmente o atendimento vis fone,me hospedei do dia 05/08/21 para o dia 06 no apartamento 15 esqueci um travesseiro e 3 fronhas e não consegui falar com eles
Simple hotel but very attentive staff, the lady who gave the impression that she is the owner is an unparalleled sympathy. There are many things that can be improved, especially the phone service, I stayed from 08/05/21 to the 06th in apartment 15 I forgot a pillow and 3 pillowcases and I couldn't talk to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arapuca. Passei a noite com um paredão ligado do outro lado da pista, a pouquíssimos metros da minha porta. Por puro cansaço acabei dormindo. Só para as 4h da manhã acordar com outro hóspede consertando seu carro na minha porta, jogando ferramentas no chão e soando exatamente como se fora dentro do quarto. Fui reclamar com o porteiro que só soube rir. Saí da pousada as 4:15h...
Trap. I spent the night with a wall turned on on the other side of the track, just a few meters from my door. Out of sheer exhaustion, I fell asleep. Only for 4 am to wake up to another guest fixing his car outside my door, throwing tools on the floor and sounding exactly like he was inside the room. I went to complain to the doorman who only knew how to laugh. I left the inn at 4:15 am...
