★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não tem nada, lanchonete, restaurante, área de lazer, conveniência, nada! Nem os banheiros estou funcionando plenamente, mas estão reformando tudo e creio que vai ficar muito bom. Assim espero. Dei 3 estrelas, se honrarem o nome da rede, voltarei para dar mais estrelas.
 It still has nothing, snack bar, restaurant, leisure area, convenience, nothing! I'm not even fully functioning the bathrooms, but they are renovating everything and I think it will be very good. I hope so. I gave 3 stars, if you honor the name of the network, I will be back to give more stars.

Moro em Belém Pará e só faço abastecimento em meu carro nos postos da rede em Marituba, Castanhal e no dia de hoje em deslocamento de Belém para Araguaína To, parei para realizar dois abastecimentos nos postos da rede Pombal. Um em Castanhal e por fim em Paragominas no Pombal 6 a qual quero destacar mais precisamente ao frentista Lucas Silva por seu atendimento altamente profissional. Uma pessoa cortês, educada, atenciosa que deixou a mim e meus familiares surpresos pelo atendimento VIP a mim disponibilizado olha que pelo menos nos outros postos da rede que costumo abastecer nunca tive um atendimento com esse padrão. Sei e não quero ser injusto porém acredito que os demais profissionais que ali trabalham devam dispor do mesmo padrão de atendimento com os clientes do referido posto, também quero estender meus parabéns ao Gerente responsável em liderar essa equipe. Pois tenho certeza que a satisfação que hora tive o prazer em receber pelo atendimento é fruto de sua ótima gestão. Hoje posso dizer que estou mais fiel a rede de abastecimento principalmente ao Pombal 6. Mais uma vez obrigado Lucas Silva por ter feito a diferença no meu dia e de minha família. DEUS abençoe a todos vocês.
Traveling with the family! I live in Belém Pará and I only refuel in my car at the network stations in Marituba, Castanhal and today on my way from Belém to Araguaína To, I stopped to make two refuelings at the Pombal network stations. One in Castanhal and finally in Paragominas at Pombal 6, which I want to highlight more precisely to the attendant Lucas Silva for his highly professional service. A courteous, polite, caring person who left me and my family members surprised by the VIP service provided to me, sees that at least at the other service stations in the network I usually supply, I have never had a service with this standard. I know and I don't want to be unfair, but I believe that the other professionals who work there should have the same standard of service with the clients of that post, I also want to extend my congratulations to the Manager responsible for leading this team. Because I'm sure that the satisfaction I had the pleasure of receiving for the service is the result of your excellent management.
