No dia 27/12 quando o aplicativo do Ipiranga ofertou 10% de desconto os frentistas informaram que a promoção não estava funcionando mesmo sendo à noite. Fui no concorrente vizinho da mesma bandeira e abasteci 120,00 e ganhei os 10% como prometido pelo Ipiranga.
Na última greve de gasolina eles fizeram-me esperar numa fila enorme pra dizer que só tinha gasolina aditivada. Absurdez que só encontrei nesse posto em toda a Fortaleza.
Bad service because of poor management. On 12/27 when the Ipiranga application offered a 10% discount, gas station attendants reported that the promotion was not working even at night. I went to the neighboring competitor of the same flag and supplied 120.00 and won the 10% as promised by Ipiranga.
In the last gas strike they made me wait in a long line to say I only had gasoline with additives. Absurdity that I only found in that post in the entire Fortaleza.
