Infelizmente esqueci minha carteira em casa situação perfeitamente plausível e quando identifiquei a situação imediatamente pedi para que o frentista cessasse o abastecimento (gostaria de saber sob qual circunstâncias um golpista faria isso!). Pedi que ele me fornecesse uma alternativa diante da minha situação e pasmem, o rapaz falou para que eu deixasse meu aparelho de celular como garantia! Que situação absurda e que falta de respeito com o consumidor! Todo tempo pedi que eles me dessem a conta do posto ou alguma alternativa, ofereci deixar meus dados até que buscasse a carteira e nada, até que eu mesma identifiquei o app da ame e questionei sobre o mesmo. Nenhuma atitude tiveram pra me ajudar se aglomerando na porta do meu carro e segurando a chave do meu carro claramente me julgando. Apesar da atitude deles não os culpo. Isso é claramente uma total falta de orientação. Extremamente dependentes do responsável pelo estabelecimento que ao sair que se lasquem os clientes! Inclusive é de se ressaltar que o frentista me conhecia pois eu ERA uma cliente regular.
I was impressed with the lack of respect and professionalism in customer service and welcoming. Unfortunately, I forgot my wallet at home, a perfectly plausible situation and when I identified the situation I immediately asked the gas station attendant to stop supplying (I would like to know under what circumstances a scammer would do this!). I asked him to provide me with an alternative to my situation and they were amazed, the boy told me to leave my cell phone as a guarantee! What an absurd situation and what a lack of respect with the consumer! Every time I asked them to give me the account of the post or any alternative, I offered to leave my details until I looked for the wallet and nothing, until I identified the app of the mother and asked about it. They had no attitude to help me by crowding at my car door and holding my car key clearly judging me. Despite their attitude, I don't blame them. This is clearly a complete lack of guidance. Extremely dependent on the person in charge of the establishment who, when they leave, that the clients will be chipped! It is even worth mentioning that the gas station attendant knew me because I WAS a regular customer.
