Trocaram o óleo do meu carro,preço nas nuvens, disseram que levaria 10 minutos, fiquei mais de 2 hrs,rocou o buchao do oleo,pra tirar foi uma luta,pq ñ tinha as ferramentas adequadas,misericórdia que prova eu passei nesse lugar. E ainda ficaram me devendo 4 reais pq fizeram a conta errada. Funcionários despreparados,gerente ridículo, de 0 a 10 é 0.

They changed the oil in my car, the price was in the clouds, they said it would take 10 minutes, I stayed for more than 2 hours, they changed the oil plug, it was a struggle to get it out, because I didn't have the proper tools, the mercy that I passed in this place. And they still owe me 4 reais because they made the wrong account. Unprepared employees, ridiculous manager, from 0 to 10 is 0.

Good service, polite staff, I just didn't give it 5 stars because the bathroom left something to be desired, there was no toilet paper, no soap to wash your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O único posto da região que tem o trabalho de perguntar ao cliente se ele deseja mais alguma coisa. Sempre que abasteço lá me oferecem para limpar o para brisa, troca de paleta, troca de óleo, água no compartimento de limpa vidro. Os outros não se dão o trabalho de oferecer nem um agrado.
