Estávamos voltando de Patos para caicó e o carro entrou na reserva e o frentista ainda estava no escritório mas já tinha até coberto a bomba de gasolina, ai explicamos a situação se ele não poderia colocar combustível e ele todo arrogante perguntou se era no dinheiro ou no cartão (por sorte tínhamos dinheiro em espécie), mas fé no pai que nunca mais irei precisar desse posto com esse péssimo atendimento. Tivesse concorrência na cidade repensaria a forma de tratar os clientes...
The absence of competition in a city happens in situations like the one that happened to me and two friends. We were returning from Patos to caicó and the car entered the reserve and the gas station attendant was still at the office but he had even covered the gas pump, so we explained the situation if he could not add fuel and he all arrogantly asked if it was money or money card (luckily we had cash), but faith in the father that I will never need this post again with this terrible service. Had competition in the city I would rethink how to treat customers ...
