★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 estrela porque não tem como dar menos. Parei pra abastecer o carro e pediram pra abrir o capô do carro, mesmo eu dizendo que tinha acabado de fazer uma revisão. "Olharam" o óleo e disseram que, apesar de limpo, estava no mínimo e disseram que precisava completar. Como tinha acabado de trocar o óleo, peguei o galão que tinha dentro do carro. Depois de completar, vieram com uma história de que o óleo da direção estava baixo e sujo e só demorava "5 minutinhos" e a bisnaga de óleo era "baratinha". Além de demorado, tiraram todo o óleo de direção e usaram 9 bisnagas de óleo "baratinho" - R$20 cada.
Além do estresse de não ter o valor avisado antes, quando tive a chance de checar o óleo do motor por conta, vi que estava bem acima do limite, após ter sido completado pelos frentistas, ou seja eles olham a vareta de óleo e viram q estava certo e com o pano limparam ate o mínimo para dizer q estava baixo. Ou seja, estava certo e só queriam uma desculpa para conseguir mais dinheiro e quando a desculpa do óleo furou, arrumaram uma desculpa tão inútil quanto do óleo de direção. Agora estou com o nível de óleo acima do máximo, nunca mais volto nesse posto.

In addition to the stress of not having the amount notified beforehand, when I had the chance to check the engine oil on my own, I saw that it was well over the limit, after it was completed by the attendants, that is, they look at the oil dipstick and see q was right and with the cloth they wiped it down to the minimum to say it was low. In other words, he was right and they just wanted an excuse to get more money and when the oil excuse got stuck, they came up with an excuse as useless as driving oil. Now I have the oil level above the maximum, I will never go back to that station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse daria -5 estrelas! Atendimento péssimo, frentistas despreparados para atender o público para não dizer sem caráter. Não deixem abrirem o capo dos seus carros e muitos menos abastecerem. Pois não perguntam o tipo de combustível que você quer, vão logo colocando aditivada. Se bobear até a bomba de encher o pneu deve roubar.
