Terrible, they spill gas on the car, argue about anything and think they're always right, they only know how to ask for money at the end of the year and nothing else, they don't even ask for water to see if it's normal. A FIRM WRIST MANAGER IS NEEDED TO RIGHT THIS SITUATION.
