★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço o abastecimento nesse local, mas na última visita, o frentista colocou gasolina comum ao invés da solicitada, a aditivada. Não deram nenhuma alternativa para o erro do posto, e o gerente não se encontrava no lugar. Fiquei no prejuízo em abastecer um tipo de combustível que não queria. Mesmo o frentista se desculpando, não foi suficiente para a minha insatisfação com a falta de alternativa para corrigir o erro.
I always refuel at this location, but on the last visit, the gas station attendant put regular gasoline instead of the one requested, the additive. There was no alternative to the mistake of the post, and the manager was not in place. I was at the expense of refueling a type of fuel that I didn't want. Even the attendant apologizing was not enough for my dissatisfaction with the lack of alternative to correct the error.
