★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero que faça uma inspeção na qualidade do combustível Vpower, tive problema semana passada, carro (gasolina) falhando e cortando, deixei acabar o que era ruim e coloquei aditivada Br e no mesmo instante o carro voltou o normal, detalhe vela, bicos e cabos, sonda, tudo novo tenho a nota, se não melhorar a qualidade a tendência é cair, sem esqueçer que é uma prática oferecer só vpower e tendo gasolina comum, precisa de fiscalização seria no local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrorosa! Geralmente falta gasolina comum, dispondo apenas da aditivada. Funcionários mal humorados, informa um preço, na bomba é outro, deixam cair gasolina no carro do cliente. Os descontos do Shell Box não são aplicados. Péssimo!

A fila em alguns horários são longas , também colocaram uma corda na tentativa de organizar a fila, porém existe momentos que a pessoa não quer mais esperar e ir embora. Neste caso fica impossibilitado por conta da corda que não permite a saída de quem quer deixar a fila para ir embora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no posto para abastecer as 23:35 o frentista não falou nada e quando viu parado na bomba,sem ao menos ir até o carro e com tom grosseiro que só 00:10 para voltar a abastecer e simplesmente saiu da bomba. Total desrespeito com o consumidor,acredito que o dono do estabelecimento não sabe que isso acontece,que seus funcionários da noite deixam o posto parado por 40 minutos e os clientes esperando , principalmente cliente em situação de emergência ou em jornada de trabalho notuno.merecem zero estrela pela falta de comprisso com o consumidor

Colocam o preço baixo para atrair o cliente e quando pede a gasolina comum, dizem que não tem, daí te oferecem aditivada (V-power) mais cara.
Várias pessoas já me alertaram sobre essa prática deles.
Misleading advertising!
