 Good employees are attentive, but supply pumps are broken and there is no drinking fountain. There is no soap and paper in the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal do abastecimento precisa ser mais simpático com os clientes! Atendimento de excelência só faz crescer a freguesia. Fica a dica ???! Tenho voltado ao posto, nada mudou, acredito ser um dos mais demorados a ser atendido, até que o pessoal se esforça, mas falta mão de obra, principalmente para os consumidores de GNV.... nota abaixo da média.
Volto sempre lá, na esperança de melhorar .... mas cada vez pior... muito pior!!!???

The supply people need to be more friendly with customers! Excellent service only makes the parish grow. Here's the tip ???! I've been back to the station, nothing has changed, I believe it's one of the most time consuming to be served, until the staff makes an effort, but there's a shortage of manpower, especially for CNG consumers.... below average rating.
I always go back there, hoping to get better....but it gets worse and worse... much worse!!!???
Every time I come back ... it gets worse .... where's the SHELL BOX PROMO CODE? .... Just bullshit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abastecimento no gnv é demorado. São apenas dois bicos no posto, o que gera filas enormes. Banheiro por vezes está sujo e a descarga normalmente não funciona. Os funcionários são educados e em geral bem humorados, mas precisam ser mais ágeis.
Supply in gnv is time consuming. There are only two jobs at the gas station, which creates huge queues. Bathroom is sometimes dirty and the flush usually doesn't work. Employees are polite and generally good-humored, but they need to be more agile.
