★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde. Na verdade gostaria de falar pessoalmente com o proprietário do posto a respeito do lava rápido que tem ao lado. Hoje tive a infeliz surpresa de ter a tampa do reboque do parachoque do meu carro desaparecido enquanto meu carro foi lavado no posto. Não estou acusando ninguém mas tenho certeza que foi no lava rápido. Percebi também que várias concessionárias deixam o seus carros para lavarem também lá. Liguei para ford e me cobraram R$ 500.00 por uma tampa Nova. Me disseram que é impossível essa tampa cair sozinha e que é rosqueada sob pressão e que esse item é muito subtraído quando o carro fica na rua e estacionamentos pelo seu alto valor de reposição. Lamentável.
Peço por gentileza aos responsáveis apurarem o que realmente aconteceu.
Eu com certeza não volto mais.
Good afternoon. I would actually like to speak personally with the owner of the gas station about the car wash next door. Today I had the unfortunate surprise of having my car's bumper trailer cover missing while my car was washed at the gas station. I'm not accusing anyone but I'm sure it was in the car wash. I also noticed that several dealerships leave their cars to be washed there as well. I called ford and they charged me R$500.00 for a new cap. I was told that it is impossible for this cover to fall off by itself and that it is screwed on under pressure and that this item is greatly subtracted when the car is on the street and parking lots for its high replacement value. Unfortunate.
I kindly ask those responsible to find out what really happened.
I definitely won't be back.
