★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parei para abastecer por causa do baixo preço da gasolina comum. Porém ao pedir para o frentista abastecer com a gasolina comum ele me disse que só tinha a aditivada com o preço 0,30 centavos mais cara... propaganda enganosa.
 I stopped for gas because of the low price of regular gas. However, when I asked the gas station attendant to fill up with regular gasoline, he told me that he only had the additive with the price 0.30 cents more expensive... misleading advertising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pressão boa logo pela manhã,achei o valor do GNV caro mas nada acima dos demais postos no momento que fui não tinha bomba de calibrar pneus ,possui banheiros limpos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado com o que tentaram fazer comigo no posto Shell do arco metropolitano (rede luar) no dia 01/03/2022 parei para abastecer gnv e pedi para completar,o frentista colocou o bico do gás abriu e saiu para atender outro carro, nesse momento percebi que não entrou gás mas já marcava 10,00 reais.chamei o frentista reclamei e o mesmo disse que tinha entrado GNV e queria me cobrar mas eu estava olhando para o marcador ou seja tentou me passar a perna , gostaria que o patrão tomasse uma providência, obrigado.

Além de ser o unico lugar do RJ que vc é obrigado abrir o porta mala p abastecer
Se é lei eu não sei, só sei que a lei de só abastecer com o comprovante do imetro em dia não é exigida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento dos funcionários, preço da gasolina abaixo da média do Rio de Janeiro, mas existe toda a propaganda do Shell Box (Aplicativo), mas na hora de abastecer, o cliente é informado que não tem mais o abastecimento pelo aplicativo.
A justificativa do funcionário que se mostrou bem educado, foi que infelizmente a máquina que faz o reconhecimento foi levada (provavelmente por quem administra o posto) e não tem previsão de retorno.
Bem como uso o aplicativo não somente por causa de pontos e sim porque é mais uma segurança para não colocar gasolina adulterada, fiquei muito frustado pois só coloco combustível no posto com bandeira Shell.
Inclusive não me foi fornecido a nota fiscal, estava com quase meio tanque, coloquei 100,00 reais e o marcador não chegou ao meio tanque.
Só dei três estrelas por causa dos funcionários, muito atenciosos.

As well as I use the application not only because of points, but because it is more a safety not to put adulterated gasoline, I was very frustrated because I only put fuel in the station with Shell flag.
I was not even given the invoice, it was almost half a tank, I put 100.00 reais and the marker did not reach half a tank.
I only gave three stars because of the very attentive staff.
