★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abasteci R$80,00 de álcool no dia 22/07, segunda feira, valor que eu habitualmente abasteço por semana em outro posto, mas resolvi desta vez abastecer neste posto Verdegás, pelo valor atrativo do combustível naquele dia. Depois disso meu carro passou a custar a pegar quando estava frio e ficava engasgando bastante até o motor aquecer. Passada uma semana rodando com esse combustível e passando raiva, deixei o tanque chegarna reserva, quase acabando, e voltei a abastecer no posto que costumava ir antes. Meu carro voltou ao normal no dia seguinte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários que não sei o nome mas é alto e magro trabalhou domingo por volta das 15 hrs ele estava lá é desatencioso tira a bomba do carro de qualquer jeito não agradece o cliente q paga o salário dele pois se não entrar cliente ali , não tem salário, o patrão que não sabe , olha tem muita gente querendo trabalhar e que vai levar retorno p sua empresa está na hora de pensar sobre isso e, não deixar o passivo trabalhista de funcionários deste tipo aumentar e melhor repensar a linha de frente da sua empresa. Fique atento ao comportamento displicente deste funcionário .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abasteci agora a pouco 16/11/20 (12:40) e fui atendido por uma frentista (mulher) que não fez questão de usar a mascara obrigatória em todos os estabelecimentos de Belo Horizonte e ainda tossiu durante o atendimento, o me deixou sem alternativa a não chamar a atenção dela. Pelo que percebi, ela ainda ficou furiosa por ter escutado a minha cobrança pelo uso da mascara.
Estou acionando a ouvidoria da prefeitura que ira visitar o estabelecimento para confirmação de tal atitude passivel de multa de mais de R$ 5.000,00.
As atitudes de pessoas assim, que vai decretar ou não uma continuidade da propagação desse virus. Um desrespeito sem igual.

From what I realized, she was still furious at having heard my demand for wearing the mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei para abastecer no posto e quando estava esperando na bomba de combustível, uma atendente que não trajava uniforme de frentista, porém atendendo outros carros, olhou meu carro e ignorou a minha presença para atender outro cliente que estava chegando naquele momento para abastecer, sendo que eu já estava mais ou menos 10 minutos aguardando. Quando eu dirigi a ela refutando essa atitude ela nem sequer se dispôs a falar, momento em que compareceu outra funcionária uniformizada e disse que se responsabilizava por ela e a outra funcionária estava orientada a não responder nada para nenhum cliente. A responsável pela funcionária não condiz com a minha reclamação e tratou-me grosseiramente e quando refutada respondeu que "trato mesmo com grosseria, que é dessa forma ali", se tratando de uma pessoa desqualificada para a função que hora ocupa. Ocorrido no dia 21/06/2021 às 10:25hrs. José Bitencourt.
