★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um abastecimento neste posto, e na hora de pagar verifiquei que esqueci em casa o cartão bancário para pagamento. Solicitei junto ao frentista outra opção de pagamento tipo pix ou outro tipo de transferência bancária. O frentista com pouca simpatia e educação respondeu que não havia outro tipo de opção de pagamento naquele momento. Fui obrigado a pedir para minha esposa levar o cartão até o posto e perder um bom tempo parado aguardando.
O Era freguês deste posto, no entanto, dificilmente voltarei novamente lá. Não recomendo!

I was a customer of this post, however, I will hardly go back there again. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de compartilhar o que aconteceu comigo, hoje ao abastecer no posto vale mais da vila Amorim Suzano -SP o frentista deixou pela segunda vez o bico da bomba de combustível engatado ao carro e foi atender outro carro porém quando encheu o tanque não destravou e começou a jogar pra fora tive que intervir pois o frentista estava ocupado em outro carro. Ao pedidr por ajuda um frentista que estava no caixa disse que nao tinha vazado nada quando tinha mostrado a ele a quantidade caída no chão ele disse que era mentira e que não havia vazado nada, portanto entrei em contato com o gerente e o mesmo me destravou não acreditando no fato parecendo que esse procedimento é normal de conduta a eles. Contudo deixo meu descontentamento pois aconteceu comigo mais de uma vez.sei que pra eles sou apenas mais um cliente ou somente um número p, mas não gostaria que outros passassem pelo mesmo constrangimento que minha família e eu passamos hoje

Tentei levar no posto para tentar resolver, e nem deram atenção.
Vale + que vergonha da qualidade dos produtos e serviços !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abasteci meu carro, e 3 dias depois meu carro não quis mais ligar, e tive que chamar o seguro para conseguir levar no mecânico, e tive que gastar 900 reais para trocar velas bicos e filtros.
Além dos buracos da cidade, tive um prejuízo financeiro!
Vergonha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei 100 reais de combustível no carro, no dia seguinte o carro parou de funcionar, tive que chamar o seguro para levar no mecânico, provado pelo mecânico que a gasolina do carro estava ruim, tentei resolução com o gerente do posto que não mostrou nenhum interesse em ajudar, tentei e-mail para a VALE + também sem nenhum contato.
Vergonha ter empresas que tratam seu cliente desta maneira.
Péssima experiência!
