Tinha grande urgência em fazer uma consulta para tratar um problema seria no meu braço e a pessoa responsável pelo agendamento me avisou com um prazo de menos de 24H que não poderiam me atender no dia que havia sido marcado. Me deram uma opção de ser atendido 48H depois do que havia sido agendado, porém quando retornei a clinica confirmando o horário, já deveras contrariado, me informaram que já não havia mais a vaga e que agendariam um horário para mais de cinco dias depois.
Horrible service.
I had great urgency to make an appointment to deal with a serious problem in my arm and the person responsible for the appointment warned me with a deadline of less than 24 hours that they would not be able to see me on the day that had been scheduled. They gave me an option to be seen 48 hours after what had been scheduled, but when I returned to the clinic confirming the time, already very upset, they informed me that there was no longer a vacancy and that they would schedule an appointment for more than five days later.
