★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um retrovisor de Fiorino as 8:30 da manhã, o mesmo não serviu. Retornei a loja as 11:30 da manha e a loja se recusou a trocar ou mesmo fazer a devolução. Se puderem evitar, nao comprem nesta loja.
 I bought a Fiorino rear view mirror at 8:30 in the morning, it didn't fit. I returned to the store at 11:30 am and the store refused to exchange or even return it. If you can avoid it, don't buy from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar horrível, sem nenhum profissionalismo, só quer roubar dinheiro. Vende coisas estragadas e ficam enrolando o cliente para trocar. Fala um preço no orçamento e na hora de comprar ele mudam o valores. PESSIMO LUGAR! NÃO PASSEM NEM PERTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei um motor, usado num preço absurdos e ainda veio com defeito. Mandei pra arrumarem na garantia e ficaram enrolando 2 meses, cada dia uma enrolação diferente e nada de entregar o carro (inclusive até hoje não entregaram). E os funcionários ainda se sentem no direito de nos tratar com grosseria quando perdemos a paciência com tantos prazos não cumpridos! Não recomendo esse lugar nem pro pior inimigo....
Terrible attendance. I bought a used motor at an absurd price and it still came with a defect. I sent it to be repaired under warranty and they kept rolling for 2 months, each day a different roll and no delivery of the car (even today they haven't delivered). And the staff still feel entitled to treat us rudely when we've lost patience with so many missed deadlines! I wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, na hora de vender, são vendedores prestativos, na hora de resolver problemas, como por exemplo venda de peças erradas, sem contar que a peça estava sem embalagem. Ao retornar para troca são ignorantes, mau educados e agem de má fé, dizendo que não podem fazer nada.
Evitem comprar nesta loja, um desrespeito com cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem ética, péssimo atendimento, na hora de vender, são vendedores prestativos, na hora de resolver problemas, como por exemplo venda de peças erradas as quais não são explicadas no ato da venda, que seriam de marcas distintas, são ignorantes, mau educados e agem de má fé, uma vez que o próprio gerente não conseguiu sanar a demanda, além disso cumprem promessas, as quais não cumprem, uma vez que o primeiro atendente disse que faria a devolução do produto dentro dos 7 dias da lei do consumidor, e não foi feito.
Péssima experiência, precisava do carro pronto para utilizar nas minhas férias, tive prejuízo da peça e ainda tive que comprar mais caro para resolver minha demanda em outro local.
