★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, do começo ao fim, única coisa que salva é o rapaz que busca a moto, educado e muito prestativo, porém minha experiência com a oficina foi horrível, desde o inicio omitem informações depois vem cobrando valores que não são informados quando perguntamos, a nota fiscal do reparo eu tive que implorar por quase dois meses, sem contar que a moto voltou faltando peças e com peças mal colocadas que se perderam com o uso, fora que fazem o serviço sem nem mesmo aprovar o orçamento, sem contar o atendimento online que é feito com má vontade e descaso, depois reclamam de falta de educação, porém toda paciência tem limite e a minha com esse estabelecimento já ultrapassou. Podemos ver a educação e a prestatividade do estabelecimento nas respostas de clientes descontentes por aqui, enfim não indico pra ninguém.
 Terrible, from start to finish, the only thing that saves is the boy who seeks the bike, polite and very helpful, but my experience with the workshop was horrible, since the beginning they omit information and then they are charging values that are not informed when we ask, the repair invoice I had to beg for almost two months, not to mention that the bike came back missing parts and with badly placed parts that were lost with the use, apart from doing the service without even approving the budget, not counting the online service which is done with ill will and neglect, then complain about lack of education, but all patience has a limit and mine with this establishment has already passed. We can see the education and helpfulness of the establishment in the responses of disgruntled customers here, in short I do not recommend it to anyone.
