★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui em Natal a primeira vez com minha esposa em 2012, ficamos esse hotel, aliás, era hotel na época, hoje em dia é um flat, não funciona mais como hotel, não comercializam diárias, deveriam tirar o nome do lugar, apenas alugam quartos com contratos de 6 meses no mínimo.
O bairro é nobre, porém perigoso, localização ruim e tudo longe.
When I went to Natal for the first time with my wife in 2012, we stayed in this hotel, by the way, it was a hotel at the time, nowadays it's a flat, it doesn't work as a hotel anymore, they don't sell daily, they should take the name of the place, they just rent rooms with contracts of at least 6 months.
The neighborhood is noble but dangerous, bad location and all far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem uma ótima localização, fiquei 6 meses, é próximo praticamente de tudo, supermercados,Farmácias, Padarias, perto do Centro da cidade, só que precisa melhorar a administração, o prédio Precisa reformar, a piscina deixa a desejar precisa ser trocada, suja, pois parece uma bacia com vazamento, tirando isso é bem Localizado.
The building has a great location, I stayed for 6 months, it is close to practically everything, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, close to the city center, but it needs to improve the administration, the building needs renovation, the pool is lacking, needs to be replaced, dirty as it looks like a leaky basin, other than that it is well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização em Petrópolis. Prédio antigo, mas está sendo totalmente reformado agora. Flat grande, quarto espaçoso, sala espaçosa, varanda também. Fica próximo de todo tipo de comércio.
Excellent location in Petrópolis. Old building but it is being totally renovated now. Large flat, spacious bedroom, spacious living room, balcony as well. It is close to all kinds of commerce.
