★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo cliente esqueceu seu celular no balcão quando se deu conta voltou a farmácia e o gerente mostrou a filmagem só até a parte dela .. ela questionou o pq não mostrar a diante ele se negou .. isso é um absurdo o cliente tem o direito de saber quem roubou o celular .. e aí poupafarma ficou feio para vcs né ?? Pode escrever que nessa farmácia não entro nunca mais .. perderam vários clientes pela postura que tiveram com a cliente roubada !!! Lamentável
An absurd client forgot his cell phone at the counter when he realized he went back to the pharmacy and the manager showed the footage only up to her part ... she questioned why he didn’t show it forward he refused .. this is absurd the client has the right to know who stole the cell phone .. and then it saved ugly for you guys right ?? You can write that I never enter that pharmacy again .. several customers lost due to the attitude they had with the stolen customer !!! Unfortunate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente se alguém for super mal atendido nessa farmácia, não percam tempo acreditando no SAC da poupafarma. Eles prometem tomar providências somente para retirar a queixa , mas na verdade a funcionária ainda ganha férias e nada acontece com ela . Não estão dando valor ao cliente , que vamos lá COMPRAR remédios, aplicar medicação , e farmacêutica ainda sai de férias feliz . eu não vou desistir ,não vou deixar barato o modo que fui super mal atendida . por uma farmacêutica grossa. arrogante !!! Procurem seus direitos não se calem .
Folks, if someone is super poorly served in this pharmacy, don't waste time believing in the SAC of savefarma. They promise to take action only to withdraw the complaint, but in reality the employee still gets a vacation and nothing happens to her. They are not giving value to the customer, who are going there to BUY medicines, apply medication, and the pharmacist still goes on vacation happy. I won't give up, I won't let it go cheap the way I was super underserved. by a thick pharmacist. arrogant !!! Seek your rights do not be silent.
