★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento inicial bastante deficiente de simpatia. Tempo de espera e atendimento razoáveis. Uniforme amarelo aparentemente diminui a auto-estima dos atendentes, o que pode ocasionar queda da qualidade do atendimento.
Very poor initial service. Reasonable wait time and service. Yellow uniform apparently lowers the self-esteem of the attendants, which can cause a drop in the quality of service.

Porém ao sair um funcionário que não vi o nome foi muito grosseiro com um senhor que pediu ajuda para ele e ele o respondeu falando:O senhor sabe lê pelo menos? Nossa isso achei muito deselegante se não tem paciência para trabalhar com o público então saia e dê lugar para quem realmente quer é tem educação.

Wow, I found it very inelegant if you don't have the patience to work with the public so go out and make room for those who really want and have education.
