I've been waiting for almost six months for the second copy of my ID to arrive in the mail and nothing. When I was seen at Poupatempo I gave it five stars for the service... But now I don't know... Terrible!!!!

Bad service... They don't even know the services they provide. It's kind of going back and forth, looking for someone who knows how to do it. And we're talking about qualification, basic right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje dia ( 22/04/22) no Poupa tempo, fiquei na fila desde as 8:40 hs e não abriu . Não havia um comunicado . Me senti um tonto junto com os outros da fila. Provavelmente não irão trabalhar também amanhã. È uma pena, que os trabalhadores do Brasil inteiro necessitam estar trabalhando hoje para pagar a super folga de voces.
I went today (22/04/22) at Poupa tempo, I was in line since 8:40 pm and it didn't open. There was no communiqué. I felt like a fool along with the others in line. They probably won't work tomorrow either. It's a shame that workers all over Brazil need to be working today to pay for your super time off.
