I just didn't give it 5 because of small details, sometimes we forget to take a photocopy, there's a place getting married, I know there's one very close, but there they only accept pix hi money if the citizen doesn't have Net on their cell phone, how they do it, so they could do it anyway take it apart from what is for them I think it doesn't hurt, I know it's to advance the service but sometimes it even helps us ?
