Por uma pessoa que não deveria atender as pessoas daquela maneira!
No caso me senti constrangida com ela falando grosseiramente, com xingamentos e falando alto.Fui ao local apenas para renovar minha cnh.
Para ser mal tratada na frente de um monte de pessoas que estavam no local!
Problemas todos nós temos, mas nem por isso temos que maltratar as pessoas.
Simplesmente pelo fato de ter dito que tinha feito um agendamento no poupa tempo .
Expliquei que não sabia o procedimento, pois com a pandemia não pude comparecer na clínica no dia agendado e como já tinha um agendamento com a clínica estava atrelada , não podendo ser atendida em outro local .
Seria ótimo se tivesse câmeras com audio para confirmar o que estou falando .

We all have problems, but that doesn't mean we have to mistreat people.
Simply because you said you had made an appointment does not save time.
I explained that I didn't know the procedure, because with the pandemic I couldn't go to the clinic on the scheduled day and as I already had an appointment with the clinic, I was tied up and could not be seen elsewhere.
It would be great if I had cameras with audio to confirm what I'm talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na clínica para ver se conseguiria remarcar minha consulta para um dia mais próximo e a atendente foi super arrogante! Perguntei o nome e ela não quis me falar, ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara! Atendimento péssimo, isso pq nem fui na clínica ainda. Levando em consideração que eu só liguei para remarcar porque o próprio atendente do Detran disse que eu poderia fazer isso, pois ficou uma data muito longe. E a pessoa ainda responde meu comentário de uma forma ignorante, deve ser a mesma atendente, só pode! Independente de qualquer coisa, um bom atendimento é tudo, não precisava de tanta grosseria. Mas enfim, não são todos que sabem ser bem educados.
I called the clinic to see if I could reschedule my appointment for a closer day and the attendant was super arrogant! I asked her name and she didn't want to talk to me, she still hung up on me! Lousy service, this is because I haven't been to the clinic yet. Taking into account that I only called to reschedule because Detran's own attendant said I could do this, as it was a very long date. And the person still responds to my comment in an ignorant way, he must be the same attendant, he can only! Regardless of anything, good service is everything, I didn't need so much rudeness. But anyway, not everyone knows how to be well educated.

Vou seguir com a reclamação direto no Detran, quem sabe chegando lá tomem uma providência e eu consiga reagendar meu exame!!!

E de pessoas assim que sentimos gratidão e acreditamos que ainda existe humanidade nesse mundão que está tão difícil. Meu muito obrigada pela atenção e a vontade de ajudar Célia. Atendimento nota mil, recomendo muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, tentaram me ajudar da melhor forma possível porém o sistema de agendamento do Detran é muito ruim. Não consegui fazer o exame por conta da "burrocracia" criada pelo Detran. A estrutura da clínica é bacana, tem vaga de estacionamento na frente.
I was well attended, they tried to help me in the best way possible, but the Detran scheduling system is very bad. I couldn't take the exam because of the "bureaucracy" created by the Detran. The structure of the clinic is nice, there is a parking space in front.
