Hotel with good service, quiet place, great point of reference, near Supermarket Mateus, neighborhood very quiet. Map of the Three Powers of Imperatriz neighborhood displays the main avenues and streets that interconnect the neighborhood with other points of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca passei por tantos transtornos em uma viagem igual a que fiz à Imperatriz, e grande parte foi desencadeada pelo péssimo atendimento dessa pousada, pois a moça não reservou o quarto como combinado há mais de 5 dias, ofereceu um quarto com 3 camas (estávamos em casal), quarto horrível por sinal. Além do péssimo atendimento, a estrutura é horrível. Não recomendo nem a inimigo.
I have never had so much trouble on a trip like I did to the Empress, and much of it was triggered by the poor service of this hostel, because the girl did not book the room as agreed more than 5 days, offered a room with 3 beds (we were in couple), horrible room by the way. In addition to the poor service, the structure is horrible. I don't even recommend it to the enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um quarto de tamanho médio com um banheiro bem apertadinho. Os quartos não seguem um padrão de construção e estrutura é médio-ruim. Alguns quartos possuem tv, outros não. Alguns tem frigobar, outros não. A estadia é extremamente simplória. Não há luxo algum. Café da manhã é bem simples tb. Porém tudo é feito com muito amor e carinho pelos donos. Tem revezamento entre os donos e empregados para ficarem de plantão durante a madrugada. Assim, você pode sair de noite e chegar bem tarde que vai ter alguém te esperando lá. Eles também oferecem travesseiros, contudo a roupa de cama é um lençou sem elástico um pouco desconfortável pra dormir. Colchão é velho e de espuma gasta. Todos quartos possuem ar condicionado (alguns não tem controle remoto) e há momentos que ocorre queda de energia se todos estiverem ligado ao mesmo tempo. Também, é importante ressaltar, que há goteiras no quartos quando chove forte.
Eu fiquei lá pelo período de 2 (duas) semanas enquanto alugava uma residência fixa. Um ponto bem positivo é a localização, pois fica num bairro desenvolvido (Bairro dos 3 Poderes) onde tem tudo perto como: Super Marcado, faculdade, restaurantes, academia, etc.
It is a medium sized room with a very tight bathroom. The rooms do not follow a pattern of construction and structure is medium-bad. Some rooms have tv, others do not. Some have a minibar, others do not. The stay is extremely simpley. There is no luxury. Breakfast is very simple tb. But everything is done with a lot of love and affection for the owners. There is a relay between owners and employees to stay on duty at dawn. So you can go out at night and get there very late and someone will be waiting for you there. They also offer pillows, yet the bedding is a non-stretchable scarf a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Mattress is old and foam worn. All rooms have air conditioning (some have no remote control) and there are times that power outage occurs if everyone is connected at the same time. Also, it is important to note, that there are leaks in the rooms when it rains hard.
I stayed there for a period of two (2) weeks while renting a fixed residence. A very positive point is the location, because it is in a developed neighborhood (Bairro dos 3 Poderes) where everything is close by: Super Marked, college, restaurants, gym, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada bem da hora, no quarto onde fiquei estava tudo limpinho,cama,banheiro e ar condicionado. A TV é pequena e o café da manhã bem simples. Pelo valor dá diária com ar tá aceitável. Eu gostei.
Hostel right on time, in the room where I stayed everything was clean, bed, bathroom and air conditioning. The TV is small and the breakfast is very simple. For the value it gives daily with air is acceptable. I liked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom, ar condicionado, barato, único problema foi o café da manhã que é muito tarde, nós saímos cedo e o café ainda não estava pronto.
Good place, air conditioning, cheap, only problem was breakfast, which is very late, we left early and breakfast was not ready yet.
