★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As fotos não condizem com a realidade, local de aspecto desleixado. Percebi muitas "gambiarras", fios soltos, geladeira vaza água, ar condicionado nao estava funcionando quando chegamos. Trocaram, mas o lugar do ar é mal feito, aspecto ruim, o aparelho nao encaixa direito no local, dando para ver o outro lado da parede. Não oferecem água, nem para comprar e o local não é no centro, é mais distante do comércio. Não foi oferecido toalha de rosto, nem virol. No café da manhã, boa variedade de frutas e opções de alimentos, mas o suco é servido em temperatura ambiente, sem gelo e também sem agua disponível. A disposição da mesa do café é muito ruim, em cima de um vazamento de água. O hospede precisa ficar desviando da água para se servir, alem de ser apertado, nao oferecendo condiçoes para o distanciamento devido na pandemia. Outro ponto que me chamou muito a atenção, é a exigência de fazer o pagamento no chekin. Em minhas experiências de hospedagem, normalmente, fazemos o pagamento no chekout. Tive a impressão que era para não dar oportunidade de desistir da permanência, tendo em vista o pagamento adiantado. Isto me incomodou um pouco. Outro ponto de incômodo, foi quando precisei acolher um casal por uma noite no chale que eu estava hospedada, no momento de pagar a diferença, foi cobrado uma diária fechada. Ato tambem fora do padrão de outros hoteis e pousadas, que praticam a cobrança de um percentual. Não retornarei.
The photos do not match reality, a place that looks sloppy. I noticed many "gambiarras", loose wires, refrigerator leaks water, air conditioning was not working when we arrived. They changed, but the place of the air is poorly done, bad aspect, the device does not fit right in the place, giving you to see the other side of the wall. They do not offer water, even to buy and the place is not in the center, it is more distant from commerce. No face towel was offered, nor was virol. For breakfast, good variety of fruits and food options, but the juice is served at room temperature, without ice and also without available water. The layout of the breakfast table is very bad, over a water leak. The guest needs to stay away from the water to serve himself, besides being tight, not offering conditions for the distance due to the pandemic. Another point that caught my attention, is the requirement to make the payment on the chekin. In my hosting experiences, we usually pay by check. I had the impression that it was not to give an opportunity to give up the stay, in view of the advance payment. This bothered me a little. Another point of discomfort was when I needed to welcome a couple for a night in the chalet I was staying at, when paying the difference, a closed daily rate was charged. Act also out of the standard of other hotels and inns, which charge a percentage. I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior acomodação que já fiquei. A localização é fantástica mas os quartos tem goteiras que te desalojam na madrugada se chover. Limpar o quarto? Só se pedir e feito com má vontade. Os donos só aparecem de vez em quando pois estão construindo outra pousada em Novo Prado e abandonaram esta aqui. Não tem nada que preste aqui....a não ser a localização em frente a praia, mas é longe de tudo....tanto é que entregadores de comida se recusaram a entregar aqui a noite, alegando que aqui é perigoso. Café da manhã meia boca....muitos mosquitos e não há sequer um véu para proteger os alimentos. Tudo aqui é velho e caindo aos pedaços.
As aranhas se hospedam junto com você. Sobre o banheiro não vou nem comentar...mas imagine depois dos outros relatos.
Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic but the rooms have leaks that dislodge you at dawn if it rains. Clean the room? Only if asked and done with ill will. The owners only appear from time to time because they are building another inn in Novo Prado and abandoned this one. There's nothing good here....except the location on the beachfront, but it's far from everything....so much so that food delivery guys refused to deliver here at night, claiming that it's dangerous here. Breakfast was half-assed...many mosquitoes and not even a veil to protect the food. Everything here is old and falling apart.
Spiders stay with you. I won't even comment on the bathroom...but imagine after the other reports.
