★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto onde fiquei hospedado não é boa qualidade, ar condicionado não funciona bem a televisão não funciona... recepção não é tão agradável... Um hotel razoável pra um noite.
 Room where I stayed is not good quality, air conditioning does not work well, television does not work... reception is not so pleasant... A reasonable hotel for one night.

To tell the truth, the attendants were top but there is still a lot to improve in the room when I entered there were no bedspreads on the beds and no bath towels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel não apresentou ar condicionado em boas condições não refrigerando o ambiente. A água do chuveiro sem potência o que dificulta e demora mais o banho. A luz do banheiro não estava acendendo. Atendimento precisa melhorar um pouco mais.
The hotel did not have air conditioning in good condition, not cooling the environment. The shower water is without power, which makes the shower more difficult and takes longer. The bathroom light wasn't on. Service needs to improve a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem café da manhã, foros de cama e colchão estavam sujos, ar não funcionava, tv ruim, cheiro de mofo, barata no banheiro, e chuveiro saindo pouca água, não havia água no frigobar. Enfim noite muito mal dormida. A estrela é pelo atendimento, pessoal esforçado.
No breakfast, bed sheets and mattress were dirty, air didn't work, bad tv, musty smell, cockroach in the bathroom, and shower coming out little water, there was no water in the fridge. Finally, very bad night sleep. The star is for the service, hardworking staff.

Cama confortável, chuveiro com aquecedor e central de ar condicionado refrigerando bem o quarto.
Estávamos apenas de passagem por Imperatriz e serviu perfeitamente para o nosso repouso.
Simple hotel with good value for money.
You can't charge much for the price charged.
Comfortable bed, shower with heater and central air conditioning cooling the room well.
We were just passing through Empress and it served perfectly for our rest.
