★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, ótima localização. Mas o preço cobrado não compensa. Quartos sem frigobar, não tem cozinha caso precise guardar algo na geladeira ja que não tem frigobar, não tem água na recepção para os hóspedes . Enfim, achamos caro pelos poucos serviços ofertados.
Very good service, great location. But the price charged is not worth it. Rooms without fridges, no kitchen if you need to store something in the fridge as there is no fridge, there is no water at the reception for guests. Anyway, we find it expensive for the few services offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço da diária é muito caro , pois não tem frigobar, não tem nenhuma geladeira ( pelo menos ) na recepção. Não tem banheiro na recepção. Se o quarto não estiver liberado vc tem que ir em uma lanchonete usar o banheiro. Só as recepcionistas são excelentes. Fomos recebidos por uma senhora muito mal educada.
The daily rate is very expensive, as there is no minibar, no refrigerator (at least) at the reception. There is no bathroom at the reception. If the room is not open, you have to go to a cafeteria and use the bathroom. Only the receptionists are excellent. We were greeted by a very rude lady.

It's simple but cozy. And the great service from both Ms. Kelly as from Nivea. It is right in the center of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tratam muito mal o cliente. Fiz uma reserva e logo recebi mensagem para fazer uma transferência para confirmar a reserva em 24h. Em tese teria até o dia seguinte para fazer o depósito. Mas a pousada logo mandou outro e-mail dizendo que queria cancelar a reserva por falta da transferência. Qdo questionei, afirmou que não tem mais vagas, sendo que a reserva foi confirmada. Uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não farei o depósito e vou procurar outra pousada. É por essas situações de desrespeito que entupimos os tribunais de processos.
They treat the customer very badly. I made a reservation and soon received a message to make a transfer to confirm the reservation within 24h. In theory, you would have until the next day to make the deposit. But the hostel soon sent another email saying it wanted to cancel the reservation due to lack of transfer. When I asked, he said that he has no more vacancies, and the reservation has been confirmed. A lack of respect for the consumer. I won't make the deposit and I'll look for another inn. It is for these situations of disrespect that we clog the courts with cases.
